Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Products Return Policy

Because Dogwood Pack custom pet blankets and pillows are made to order and personalized, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Please double-check your photos, text, and customization details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes can’t be made.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
