Making a Difference
How does the blanket donation program work?
For every blanket you purchase, we donate a cozy blanket to a shelter dog in need. It’s a simple way to spread comfort. Your pup gets one, and so does a dog still waiting for a home.
Where are the blankets sent?
All donated blankets go to animal shelters and rescue organizations that provide safe, loving care for dogs until they’re adopted.
Why are blankets so important for shelter dogs?
A blanket does more than keep a dog warm, it helps them feel safe. That comfort can calm anxiety, improve rest, and even help them make a better impression on adopters.
How often do you send donations?
We send out donation shipments on a regular schedule, typically once a month, to make sure shelters have a steady supply of blankets for their pups.
Can I help choose which shelter receives my donation?
Right now, we donate through our network of trusted shelters, but we’re always open to expanding our reach. If you have a favorite shelter, we’d love to hear about it!
Shipping and Returns
What is your custom products return policy?
Because some Dogwood Pack custom pet blankets are made to order and personalized, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Please double-check your photos, text, and customization details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes can’t be made.

What is your general return policy?
We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
For pet blankets, orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 4-8 business days after shipping.
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days for delivery.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Rates:
- Flat rate shipping: $5.95
- Free shipping on orders over $60
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it.
When will I receive my tracking info?
You will receive your shipment tracking information between 1-3 business days after your order has been placed.
Custom Product Questions
What types of pets can you make into a custom product?
We don't stop at just dogs and cats! We can do any pet of animal and make them into a custom pet product!
What type of photo should I submit?
Please refer to our photo guide underneath the product images on any product where a photo is required.
Can I receive a custom portrait blanket without my pet's name?
Yes! Just type "No Name" in the notes box.
Can I get a preview of my product before shipping?
We try to get your products shipped as soon as possible which means we cannot send you a preview before your product is shipped, unfortunately.
